Astral Projection: A Simple Guide

In today's article, we will teach you a simple and effective technique to learn how to perform astral projection.

Unlike the previous technique, known as "Key Sol," where the focus is on waking up in the dream, this practice aims to use the transition between wakefulness and sleep to move your astral body. This way, you can carry out spiritual and esoteric investigations with greater awareness.

The technique we are sharing today is inspired by the teachings of Krumm Heller and Samael Aun Weor. However, before explaining how the practice works, it's important to clarify some fundamental points about astral projection.

Astral Projection Is Not Dangerous

Many people fear the safety of leaving their physical body during astral projection. However, there is no reason to be concerned. Nothing bad can happen during a conscious astral projection. Every night, you leave your body unconsciously and don’t even remember it. The key here is learning to take control of these experiences and activate your awareness during the moments of transition between your physical body and your astral body.

The Astral Body and Spiritual Travel

During sleep, the soul detaches from the physical body and travels through the inner worlds, but always with the consciousness asleep. This is when the astral body, which is the vehicle of the soul, comes into play. The soul, wrapped in the astral body, explores the spiritual realms while the physical body remains resting. The astral body is an extraordinary tool, endowed with sharp senses that allow access to the great mysteries of life and death, revealing what is hidden from earthly eyes.

The Aztec Technique for Astral Projection

The practice we are teaching comes from the ancient Aztec tradition. The Aztecs considered Chapultepec Hill, in Mexico, to be a sacred place. At the top of this hill, there was a mystical temple located in the fourth dimension, directed by a master known as Rasmussen. The Aztec priests made pilgrimages to the top of this hill, where the spiritual vibration was so strong that it allowed them to access higher dimensions.

In the Aztec culture, there was an interesting painting in the Anthropology and History Museum in Mexico City, which depicts two beings floating over Chapultepec Hill. At the top of the hill, a cricket is seen singing, and beside it, a human face emits two waves of light, symbolizing the harmony between the sound of the cricket and the astral beings who used this sound to enter the temple.

The Cricket Sound Technique for Astral Projection

To perform the technique, you need to fall asleep with a calm mind, focusing on the sound of the cricket. It may take some time and concentration, but when you enter the transition state between wakefulness and sleep, you will start to hear the sharp, continuous sound of the cricket inside your brain.

At this point, you should let the sound intensify further through your concentration, amplifying its resonance. Now, you must physically get out of bed and leave your room, intending to visit the Chapultepec temple or any other place you wish to explore. Here’s an important key: when we say you must get out of bed, it means you should do it physically, not just mentally. You must actually get up, as you would in the morning when you wake up. This is not a mental exercise but a physical one.

The Natural Separation Between Physical and Astral Bodies

By doing this, nature will take care of separating the physical body from the astral body, allowing the astral body to move freely while the physical body remains on the bed.

If you live in the countryside or have access to the sound of crickets, it may be easier to focus, as the sound of crickets is common in those areas. If needed, we have provided a video link with the sound of the cricket specifically for this practice, available at the end of this article.

The Path to Spiritual Knowledge

To access spiritual mysteries and reach an awakened state of consciousness, you need to learn to consciously project yourself in the astral body. True study of the Sacred Science occurs in the inner worlds, and it is with the masters of these realms that you can gain direct knowledge, without depending on gurus or external sources.

Remember, only true practice and personal experience can lead you to direct knowledge and consciousness awakening. Many simple people, like housewives or farmers, have achieved extraordinary results with these practices, surpassing those who are burdened with theories and mental concepts.

Don’t be discouraged! With patience and practice, the results will come, and you will get closer to true spiritual knowledge.
